Official Statement from Handala People’s Resistance Front of Truth-Seekers (HPR) on the Launch of Handala Alert

We are proud to announce that the Handala People’s Resistance Front of Truth-Seekers (HPR), in line with expanding its range of activities and responding to the growing needs of freedom movements, has launched a new division called Handala Alert. This branch is designed to create synergy among resistance forces, amplify media effectiveness, and strengthen support infrastructures across different domains.

Handala Alert, as the media and operational arm of HPR, will focus its activities on the following key area:

• • Media Support for Other Teams: Providing news coverage, content creation, and amplifying allied teams’ activities to strengthen the flow of information and counter media censorship.
  • Partisan and Field Actions in Occupied Territories: Identifying opportunities, planning, and executing targeted operations to undermine occupiers’ infrastructures and support internal resistance forces.
  • Recruitment and Organization within Occupied Territories: Establishing secure channels for communication, training, and recruitment of new activists to expand the grassroots resistance network.
  • Acquisition and Exchange of Critical Data and Intelligence: Securing and exchanging strategic data from diverse sources to support intelligence and security operations.
  • Support for Anti-Regime Actions Abroad: Collaborating with and supporting regional and international anti-authoritarian groups to build a unified front against oppression and tyranny.
  • Media Feedback Collection and Analysis: Continuously monitoring media reactions and feedback to assess the effectiveness of actions and refine future strategies.
